Work in progress

Automatic PLC Code Conversion

ConvertAutomation is working on a private R&D project for PLC code migration between industrial automation platforms.

The previous manual conversion offer is currently paused. Public technical details are intentionally not available at this stage.

Industrial PLC migration concept

Private development. No public release yet.

Automatic PLC conversion remains a complex engineering problem. ConvertAutomation is evaluating practical approaches to reduce repetitive migration work without publishing implementation details.

The project is not currently offered as a standard commercial conversion service. More information will be published only when external evaluation makes sense.

Industrial automation software concept

PLC migration is still too dependent on manual engineering work.

Many automation teams face platform migration needs, but practical solutions are often internal, custom, or not easily accessible. ConvertAutomation is exploring a more accessible direction while keeping engineering validation at the center.

R&D phase

The project is still under development and not ready for public use.

No public method

Implementation details, workflow, and technical choices are not published.

Engineering control

Any generated or migrated logic must remain subject to qualified technical review and testing.

Industrial laptop and PLC hardware representing testing and validation limits

Automation does not replace validation.

Any generated or converted PLC code must always be reviewed, tested, and validated by qualified automation engineers before use on real equipment.

Functional verification, machine testing, safety checks, commissioning, and deployment decisions remain outside the scope of this project.

Software research only.

ConvertAutomation is currently focused on development and evaluation. It is not a plug-and-play machine conversion offer.

No commissioning
No safety validation
No certification
No plug-and-play deployment
